Crudite platter: Fresh market veggies with assorted dips- 

beetroot hummus, creamy basil pesto, herb whipped feta 

 

Mezze platter: hummus, tzatziki, herb whipped feta, fresh market veggies, 

sourdough pita, olives and goat cheese stuffed dates 

 

Burrata platter: Heirloom tomatoes, peaches, burrata, basil oil, fresh garden herbs, sourdough focaccia

 

Tortellini antipasto skewers: cheese tortellini, salami, fresh mozzarella, olives, cherry tomato, basil

 

Petite focaccia sandwiches/ chickpea salad: smashed chickpea salad, herby lemon tahini sauce, cucumber, pickled red onion, mixed greens

Corporate Buffet Style Dinner // Mid Spring

Grazing platter: assorted cheeses, cured meats, house roasted nuts, local honey, jams, crackers, crostini, fresh berries 

Passed Appetizers 

Lion’s mane mushroom “crab” cakes, roasted red pepper aioli, meyer lemon, chives

Spring pea puree crostini, ricotta, mint, parmesan

 

Table side

House made sourdough focaccia, whipped butter

 

Dinner Buffet

Mixed green salad: strawberries,sugar snap peas, goat cheese, maple seed clusters, edible flowers, chamomile honey dressing

Brined Roasted Fogline chicken, rosemary salt, citrus 

Vegetarian entree: roasted wild mushrooms and corona beans over cacio e pepe polenta

Seasonal market vegetables, olive oil and thyme

Smashed new potatoes, garlic and parsley pisteau

 

Dessert 

Lemon verbena posset, strawberry compote, pressed flower shortbread

Winter Baby Shower // Petite bites

Grazing platter: assorted cheeses, cured meats, house roasted nuts, local honey, jams, crackers, crostini, seasonal market fruit 

 

Cranberry brie bites: puff pastry, brie, cranberry jam, rosemary walnut, honey

 

Deviled eggs: peppered bacon, thyme, honey //

smoked paprika, maldon sea salt, garden herbs

 

Sourdough galette: multigrain sourdough pastry filled with honeynut squash, caramelized onion, goat cheese and sage 

 

Focaccia sandwiches / pesto chicken: grilled chicken breast, arugula pesto aioli, fresh mozz, balsamic reduction

 

Chamomile lemon posset: lavender poppy seed shortbread 


Sourdough chocolate cake: raspberry jam, honey whipped mascarpone
